სიქსტეს კაპელა (იტ.: Cappella Sistina) მდებარეობს მოციქულეობრივ სასახლეში, ვატიკანი, რომელიც რომის პაპის ოფიციალური რეზიდენციაა.
მართკუთხა ფორმის კაპელა ზომით სოლომონის ტაძრის ტოლია (40.93 X 13.41 მ), როგორც მოცემულია ძველ აღთქმაში. მისი სიმაღლეა 20.70 მ. არქიტექტურული პროექტი ეკუთვნის ბაკიო პონტელის, ხოლო სამშენებლო სამუშაოებს ხელმძღვანელობდა ჯოვანი დე დოლჩი 1473-84 წლებში, სიქსტუს IV-ის მითითებებით.
