ევარისტ გალუა (დ. 25 ოქტომბერი, 1811, ბურ-ლა-რენი, პარიზის მახლობლად - გ. 31 მაისი, 1832, პარიზი) — ფრანგი მათემატიკოსი. დაიღუპა დუელში ოცი წლის ასაკში. ჯარ კიდევ ძალიან ახალგაზრდამ გადაწყვიტა პრობლემა პოლინომების რადიკალებში ამოხსნადობის შესახებ. თეორიას აბსტრაქტულ ალგებრაში, რომლის განვითარება გალუას შრომას მოჰყვა, გალუას თეორია ეწოდება.
