capitalizePageNames

Hi,

I received a report that HotCat doesn't work on the Georgian Wikipedia because it automatically capitalized the first letter.

I think that this can be fixed by adding a different default here:

HotCat.capitalizePageNames = false;

Can you please try this and see if it helps?

HotCat.messages.multi_change = '$1 კატეგორიები'; შესაცვლელია HotCat.messages.multi_change = '$1 კატეგორია';-ით. დღევანდელი სახით თუკი მაგალითად 3 კატეგორიას დაამატებ ეწერება „დაემატა 3 კატეგორიები გაჯეტ HotCat-ით“, რაც არასწორია. გიო ოქრო 17:36, 8 აგვისტო 2020 (UTC)
