Article 1 - It is created by this Act, the Coat of Arms representative of Belo Jardim.

Article 2 - The Executive Branch is authorized under this Act, the regulations which should be the representative Coat of Arms of Belo Jardim.

Article 3 - The Coat of Arms representative of Belo Jardim has the following decision:

1 - A lion above the shield, and below its body a book that means: A tribute paid to the State of Pernambuco, assistance and respect for knowledge;

2 - The coat of orange color serves as a protection to all that concerns the development of the city. We see three circles of yellow-gold, representing the districts, which cooperate in the protection and enhancement of economic and social Municipality;

3 - In the circle ovulated, we find representations of the industries, fields and marshes, the tree is a tribute to the flowers as well as the "Drum", whose scientific name is Enterolobium CONTORTISILIQUUN who joined our history, and finally the Rio Bitury source all our progress;

4 - Below, still inside the circle ovulated in yellow-gold background, the figure of the dove of peace;

5 - The coat itself is protected by two branches that communicate with one of coffee and another of tomato, key crops of agriculture Belo Garden;

6 - Below, on the basis of the whole system, claiming the coat, a white band, with the date representing the founding: September 11, 1928;

Article 4 - This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication.

Article 5 - revoked to the provisions of the substitute.

Português: Ementa: Cria o “Brasão de Armas”, representativo do Município do Belo Jardim e das outras providências.

Art. 1º - Fica criado, através da presente Lei, o Brasão de Armas representativo do Município de Belo Jardim.

Art. 2º - Fica o Poder Executivo autorizado, nos termos desta Lei, a regulamentar onde deverá ficar o Brasão de Armas representativo do município de Belo Jardim.

Art. 3º - O Brasão de Armas representativo do Município de Belo Jardim tem a seguinte decisão:

1 – Um leão acima do escudo, tendo abaixo do seu corpo um livro que significam: Uma homenagem prestada ao Estado de Pernambuco, amparo e o respeito ao saber;

2 – O escudo de cor alaranjada, serve de proteção a tudo que diz respeito ao desenvolvimento do Município. Observamos três círculos de cor amarelo-ouro, representando os distritos, que cooperam na proteção e engrandecimento econômico e social do Município;

3 – No círculo ovulado, encontramos as representações das indústrias, dos campos e dos brejos; a árvore é uma homenagem ás flores assim como ao “Tambor” cujo nome científico é ENTEROLOBIUM CONTORTISILIQUUN que se incorporou a nossa história, e finalmente o Rio Bitury fonte de todo nosso progresso;

4 – Mais abaixo, ainda dentro do círculo ovulado, em fundo amarelado-ouro, figura a representação da pomba da paz;

5 – O Brasão em si está protegido por dois ramos que se comunicam, sendo um de café e outro de tomate, culturas fundamentais da agricultura de Belo Jardim;

6 – Em baixo, com base de todo sistema, sustentando o Brasão, uma faixa branca, com a data representativa da Emancipação Política: 11 de setembro de 1928;

Art. 4º - A presente Lei entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.

Art. 5º - Revogou-se as disposições do substituto.

Artículo 2 - El Poder Ejecutivo está autorizado en virtud de esta Ley, los reglamentos que debe ser el representante de Escudo de Armas de Belo Jardim.

Artículo 3 - El Escudo de Armas representante de Belo Jardim tiene la siguiente decisión:

1 - Un león encima del escudo, y debajo de su cuerpo de un libro que significa: "Un homenaje al Estado de Pernambuco, la asistencia y el respeto de los conocimientos;

2 - La capa de color naranja sirve como una protección a todo lo que se refiere al desarrollo de la ciudad. Vemos tres círculos de color amarillo, el oro que representan los distritos, que cooperen en la protección y mejora de la Municipalidad económico y social;

3 - En el círculo de ovulación, nos encontramos con representaciones de las industrias, campos y pantanos, el árbol es un homenaje a las flores, así como el "tambor", cuyo nombre científico es Enterolobium CONTORTISILIQUUN que se unieron a nuestra historia y, finalmente, la fuente de Río Bitury todos nuestros avances;

4 - A continuación, aún dentro del círculo de ovulación en fondo amarillo-oro, la figura de la paloma de la paz;

5 - El escudo en sí está protegido por dos ramas que se comunican con uno de café y otra de tomate, cultivos básicos de la agricultura Belo Garden;

6 - A continuación, sobre la base de todo el sistema, argumentando que el abrigo, una banda blanca, con la fecha de representación de la fundación: 11 de septiembre de 1928;

Artículo 4 - La presente Ley entrará en vigor en la fecha de su publicación.
