ხაჩენის სამთავრო (სომხ. Խաչենի իշխանություն) — შუა საუკუნეების სომხური სამთავრო არცახში (დღევანდელ მთიანი ყარაბაღის ტერიტორიაზე)[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]. ანტიკურ ხანაში არცახი და უტიკი სომხეთის სამეფოს ნაწილი იყო, მაგრამ შუა საუკუნეებში მასზე კონტროლი საქართველოს და ალბანეთის სამეფოებსაც ჰქონდათ[9]. XII საუკუნედან მოყოლებული სომხური ხაჩენის სამთავრო მართავდა რეგიონს[9]. ბიზანტიის იმპერატორი კონსტანტინე VII მიმართვდა წერილებში „ხაჩენის პრინცს, სომხეთში“[10].
არაბის მოგზაურის, აბუ დულაფის ჩანაწერების მიხედვით, ხაჩენი იყო სომხური სამთავრო სამხრეთ ბარდას ტერიტორიაზე[11]. 1214 წელს ჰასან ჯალალიანის დინასტია მართვადა ხაჩენს და არცახს[12][13][14]. 1216 წელს ჯალალიანებმა დააარსეს განძასარის მონასტერი, რომელიც გახდა კათოლიკოსის მუდმივი რეზიდენცია ქალაქის გამუსლიმებამდე[9]. ხამსას სამთავროებმა მხარი დაუჭირეს სომხურ ავტონომიებს ოსმალეთ-სპარსეთის ომში. 1603 წელს სპარსელებმა შექმნეს პროტექტორატი კამსაში და ხელი შეუწყო ადგილობრივ სახანოს 1750 წელს[9].
