ზიგფრიდის ხაზი
ვიკიპედიიდან, თავისუფალი ქართულენოვანი ენციკლოპედიიდან
ზიგფრიდის ხაზი (გერმ. Siegfriedstellung), გერმანიაში უფრო მეტად ცნობილი, როგორც დასავლეთის კედელი, ვესტვოლი (გერმ. Westwall) — 600 კმ სიგრძის თავდაცვითი ნაგებობების კომპლექსი, რომელიც ააგეს 1936–1940 წლებში გერმანიის დასავლეთით კლევედან ბაზელამდე. შედგებოდა 16 000 საფორტიფიკაციო ნაგებობისაგან. მეორე მსოფლიო ომის შემდეგ კომპლექსის მიწისზედა ნაგებობები თითქმის მთლიანად განადგურდა, მიწისქვეშა ნაწილს კი იყენებდა ნატოს ჯარები.
